Your team is the best in LA county! I am a property manager and have used several similar companies but SERVPRO by far went above and beyond expectations! Everyone I dealt with from the crew on site to the office staff were extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was so impressed by the care and thoroughness that was shown on this project. I was able to schedule a first-time inspection quickly on a Monday. The gal on the phone was very polite and the person who showed up was Victor who is very personable -  a very good experience.
This was for a second opinion because I was told I had to immediately start a $1,700 fungus removal project. (
That shyster didn't even bring a flashlight.)
Victor checked all areas that I was concerned with with a device that measured for moisture content and listened to all my concerns : an absolute pleasure to deal with / by all means give these guys a call.

So I must admit I panicked a little (ok a-lot) when the contractor working on my bathroom discovered mold behind the wall. I didn't know anything about what needed to be done to make sure it was really cleaned right and how safe it would be to be in the house after that. 

SERVPRO totally put my mind at ease. They explained what they needed to do and were completely professional. They took such care protecting the rest of the house by putting down protective covers over the floors and sealing off the bathroom. They always made sure everything was clean and neat before they left the house. I am so happy the only issue was in the bathroom and after they treated the wall and "scrubbed" the air I could breath easy once again.

I was so pleased with my experience with SERVPRO Cerritos and would not hesitate to call them again.
